This event first took place in April 2023, over the 29th and 30th. It was the brainchild of one man who wanted to assemble a gathering of Land Rover owners from all over the world for a weekend of socializing, trade stalls, and an attempt to break the current Guinness World Record for the largest group of moving Land Rovers. The record is currently set at 640, established back in 2017 at the Billing show.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough vehicles attending in April 2023. And returned in May 2024 for another great weekend. Feedback from the 2024 weekend was that owners loved the relaxed social feeling of the weekend and wanted 2025 to continue in the same vain. Taking this on board we have changed the format to allow the addition of live tribute bands on the Saturday & Sunday to really make this a fun social weekend. However we will continue to build the gatherings numbers of owners as we build towards our next Guinness World Record attempt on the 80th anniversary in 2028.
